HACER is a nonprofit organization devoted to promote the study of issues pertinent to the countries of Hispanic America as well as Hispanic Americans living in the United States, especially as they relate to the values of personal and economic liberty, limited government under the rule of law, and individual responsibility.


HACER Celebrated 103 Years of Milton Friedman: 11 events in 8 countries of the Americas

On July 31, 2015 HACER celebrated 103 years of Milton Friedman’s ideas with 11 events in 8 countries of the Americas. Thanks to the generous support of the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, HACER celebrated Friedman’s life and legacy for freedom, in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
